Take it into your own model

What you will learn.

  • Keep a saved quotation while the model’s prices change.
  • Review selected updates and create a new revision.
  • Prepare a saved invoice and export a client document.

Preserve what you already offered.

A saved quotation records the offer at that point in the project. Later changes to cabinet selling prices do not silently rewrite the saved document.

The lesson reviews changes for selected cabinets and creates a new quotation revision while preserving the original. This keeps the earlier offer available when the client brief changes.

Prepare the next client document.

The example continues to a saved invoice and a printable client document. Check the document’s lines, selling prices and payment details before exporting it for a real project.

Use the estimate to understand internal costs and the commercial document to review the customer offer. The current Schedule Manager reference explains the available document controls.
